Right to Withdraw
According to § 355 of the German Civil Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period begins on the day you, or a third party indicated by you (who is not the courier), receives the goods.

Return Form: You can use the attached withdrawal form or simply provide a written explanation of your decision to return the goods. It is sufficient to send your explanation before the expiration of the return period.
Return Process
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless another method is agreed upon. You will not incur any additional costs for the return of payment.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide confirmation that you have sent the goods back.
Return Shipping Costs
You must return the goods no later than 14 days from the date of your cancellation. The deadline is considered fulfilled if you send the goods back before the period expires.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
The cost for returning goods that cannot be sent back by standard postal services will not exceed 500.00 euros.
Loss of Value
You may be held liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
