Warranty Coverage
- Wood Stoves:
- Our wood stoves come with a 5-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the stove body, firebox, and major components.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
- Snow Blowers:
- Our snow blowers are backed by a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers the engine, auger, and other essential components.
- Exclusions: Damage resulting from improper maintenance, accidents, or misuse is not covered.
Warranty Claims
