You may return a snow blower or wood stove for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

Package the Item: Securely package the snow blower or wood stove in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation. Include the return authorization number in or on the package.

Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely.
3.1 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned snow blower or wood stove, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
3.2 Refund Amounts
Refunds will include the original purchase price of the item, minus any applicable restocking fees (if stated in the product listing). Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
If you would like to exchange a snow blower or wood stove for a different model or replacement, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly, and additional shipping charges may apply.

9. International Refunds
