After going to Home Depot and having my item rejected due to the 12-month deadline… I reached out to Snow Blower Hub and I was able to get my garden hose replaced.

It’s not expensive, however, it is nice to know the manufacturer stood behind their 2-year warranty.

I have a snow blower that broke while still under warranty. I contacted customer service, and within days, Rose Irea had a replacement snow blower shipped out, which arrived today. This is not the first time I have dealt with customer service at Snow Blower Hub, and I was similarly well-treated in those prior instances.
